The best way to ask a question, request a new feature or report a bug is in the Duets.fm Facebook group. There are many users of the app in this group that can validate what you are reporting and can answer questions.
You can also use Duets.fm or SmuleSing Reddit communities.
If you are not on Facebook or Reddit, you can search in Sing.Salon forum to see whether your question has already been answered there. Sing.salon is a popular Smule forum and not specific to Duets.fm.
